Payment and Cancellation
Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to your arrival date receive a full refund minus a 10% handling fee. For cancellations made 30 days or less to your arrival date, a gift certificate for a non-holiday Monday- Thursday night stay will be issued for the full amount minus a 10% handling fee. Changes of reservation date or early departures are treated as cancellations and will carry the same policy stated above.
Groups of more than 3 rooms and Guesthouse rentals require a 50% non-refundable deposit with the remainder to be paid 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations will receive no refund.
Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, please call to make arrangements. Check-out time: 11:00 am.
Please Note, the Captain Wohlt Inn, and its properties, are for registered and paid guests. Unregistered guests are not allowed in guestrooms, our buildings, or on property without prior permission. Violating the policy will result in additional charges, penalties and/ or removal from property and forfeiture of monies paid.
We allow children in all full house rentals and private entrance suites.
We allow guests to bring one, well behaved dog with them when staying in a private entrance suite and paying full room rates. Reservations for rooms with pets must be booked by phone, agree to our pet policy and will be charged a pet fee.
Smoking on the property is permitted outside only. There is a minimum $250 cleaning charge for violating the indoor smoking policy.
