Reservations & Payments
Guarantee / Payment: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid
credit card. Full payment is due at the time of booking. We accept Visa,
MasterCard, and Discover.
Rates: Rates are based on double occupancy and may vary by season, day
of the week, or special events.
Taxes: All rates are subject to applicable Missouri state and local
taxes.

Cancellations & Refunds
Because we are a small, independent inn, cancellations have a significant
impact on our operations. We appreciate your understanding.
Standard Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival
will receive a full refund, minus a 10% cancellation/processing fee or a $30
fee (whichever is greater).
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will
receive a gift certificate valid for a future Sunday through Wednesday
night stay.
No-Shows: Guests who fail to arrive as scheduled and do not cancel will
be charged the full reservation amount.
Early Departures: Early departures are treated as cancellations and are
non-refundable.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In: 3:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available for a $35 fee and must be
arranged in advance. Early check-in and late check-out times are 1:00 PM.
Identification: A valid photo ID and the credit card used for booking
are required at check-in.

Occupancy & Guest Conduct
Room occupancy is limited to the number of guests stated on your
reservation confirmation.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property after 10:00 PM.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of other guests
and neighbors.
The Captain Wohlt Inn reserves the right to refuse service or evict
guests without refund for disruptive behavior, property damage, smoking
violations, or failure to adhere to inn policies.

Children & Extra Guests
Children are welcome in select rooms and houses. Please contact us to
confirm availability before booking.
Additional guests beyond standard occupancy are subject to a $75 per
person, per night charge, which includes breakfast and amenities.
Due to the layout of our historic buildings, rollaway beds and cribs are
not available.

Breakfast
A gourmet breakfast is included with all Deluxe Level Rooms and Suites.
April through December.
Breakfast is delivered directly to your room each morning.
Please notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergies prior to
arrival so we can accommodate your needs.

Pet Policy
We welcome well-behaved dogs in select rooms only.
A $35 per reservation, per dog fee applies.
Dogs must remain on a leash while on property and may not be left
unattended in rooms at any time.
Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning required
due to pets.
Please contact us in advance to confirm availability of a pet-friendly
room.

Smoking / Vaping
The Captain Wohlt Inn is a non-smoking property. Smoking is
permitted outdoors only, away from buildings and other guests.
A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking or
vaping inside any building.

Damages & Missing Items
Guests are responsible for any damage to property, furnishings, or missing
items that occur during their stay.
Costs for repair or replacement will be charged to the credit card on file.

Parking
Complimentary parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Additional street parking is available nearby.
The inn is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or
personal belongings.

As a historic property, some areas of The Captain Wohlt Inn may have limited
accessibility.

We’re delighted to host group stays, weddings, and private events.

Discounted rates are available for groups staying Monday through
Wednesday nights.
